We are seeking a dedicated and passionate landscaping employee to join our team. The landscaping employee will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. We are looking for someone with landscaping experience, practical skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain lawns, plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Build and maintain hardscaping elements such as pathways, retaining walls, and patios.
- - Perform mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns.
- Prepare and level grounds for planting and construction.
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform irrigation and drainage tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked and materials used.
- Comply with all safety and occupational health regulations.
- To maintain properties to clients' standards.
- To collect garbage and leave the workplaces clean.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related areas.
- Practical knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor design.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid US Driver License. (clear record).
- Certifications in pesticide and herbicide applications (desirable but not mandatory).
